I get this error message. "You don't have an app that can do this."
I found a simple solution that's a workaround to get Twilight working.
Just download an older version of the App and sideload it. It will work on the Nvidia Shield TV as long as you don't update it to the current version.
I get the same message on my two Android TV devices (Google Nexus Player & Sony Bravia XBR-55X850D).
