"All video formats" means you have to move away from the Android OS and get something Linux based.
Like the AMLogic S905 or S912 Chipset devices running CoreELEC Kodi:

And that applies x2 if you have BD 4K content - because you need Gigabit Ethernet everything then if home network streaming.
Expect problems with Android, when streaming old BD VC-1 encoded Rips, mpeg4, Xvid and Interlaced mpeg2 (DVD Rips).
