Does anyone else have an issue with the new Gboard update? I installed it and it now will not pop up to input text. I uninstalled the update and it works.

I have two Nexus Players and have had the issue for quite a while. I'm now using Leankey Keyboard in addition to my physical keyboards...
Happens to me on the original Mi Box
Nice, glad you could solve your problem, maybe some data got corrupted
Have you cleaned the app cache?
