Mibox 3 issues

I have 2 mibox 3's. I have them set up the same way. Before any updates I have always factory reset before and after the update on both. One of the boxes works pretty good. It still takes 10 to 15 seconds to wake up but works ok. The other box takes longer to wake up and is basically unusable ( laggy stuttering mess) until I restart the box. After I restart it works similar to the other box. Do you think we will see any more updates to this box? Anyone have any ideas of things to change in my settings so I don't have to restart the box every time? Thanks.

I have the same problem that occurs since last two updates, before everything was working fine. I haven't changed anything but the firmware.

After swapping things around and troubleshooting, I noticed that both boxes had the cec settings on both boxes were off and the cec settings on the tv having trouble ( my other tv does not have a cec option) were on, I turned off the cec settings on the tv and it fixed everything. This has been driving me nuts. A huge THANK YOU to everyone that responded and got me pointed in the right direction.

IMHO, update, factory reset, setup and test. Try a better HDMI cable or different TV/Monitor. Otherwise it's a hardware issue w the box itself.

It might sound weird but try to turn on hdmi-cec in the settings. Fixed it for me

Set them to never sleep/ always on. Fixed both of mine with that.
