I get 60 fps from the Youtube app, but i haven't found a setting for framerate output in any app I've tried so far (GSE, Kodi, IPTV Pro, IPTV Extreme, MX Player & Perfect Player) which is quite frustrating. Is there any app who at least can offer a setting of framerate output?
EDIT: I found a setting in Smart IPTV, but changing the framerate to 60 didn't change anything although I'm 100% certain the stream is in 60 frames per second. Why is this?
Kodi does adjust display fps/resolution from source. parameter-system-display-video-adjust display refresh rate. (Nvidia shield tv)
Kodi Settings > Player > Videos > Adjust display refresh rate > Start/Stop
Then simply feed it 60fps content.
Kodi has the PVR IPTV simple client Addon that can be used with playlists.
Is it interlaced content? The Mi box can't deinterlace 1080i25 to 50 FPS, for example.
You should be eable to manually adjust output framerate in Android Settings.

All video on iptv services are 30fps. There is no TV content that is running at a higher frame rate then that
Any IPTV software should play 60fps just fine if your stream broadcasts in 60fps.
Your stream is probably not 60fps or your box or TV is stuck at 24hz when you are running the IPTV software.
The setting in Smart IPTV is refresh rate not frame rate.
