Most likely no, since there isn't any android tv ROMs to flash on non-android tv devices. However you can download a different launcher to try to make it have a similar look. ATV Launcher might be something close to it.
Buy a Mi Box S and be done with it!
I don't understand why people don't just buy the real thing. I see your H96 Pro costs around $35. For $25 more, you could have a bought a Mi Box S and you'd have the real deal. $60 is worth the price. Hindsight I guess.
