Hello guys! My AndroidTV version is 6.0.1 and there is no new update available when i check it, but people with same model TV have the Android version 8.0. So what should i do? could it be location settings?

If you are talking about the ADT-1, those "other people" running 8.0 definitely are on a custom rom.
Is the newer firmware available on their website for you to manually install?
Updates are (usually) rolled out at different times in different countries. Maybe it's a matter of waiting a bit more.
