EDIT: It seems that it is Google Certified, I was wrong. Although, it still may have some issues with Netflix due to MeCool using incorrect keys in the past and Netflix not allowing it
If it's not on the Android TV page, it isn't official. These will probably have issues running Netflix at full resolution or Chromecast properly
