I've been following the (delayed) release for awhile. For me it would replace: MI box, amp and speakers. Might do this just to clean up my setup a little bit and give me better volume control over my switch
I'll probably pick one up for my secondary TV after the price drops, which based on all the JBL Chromecast built-in / Google Assistant products should be quite a bit of a discount from the launch price...
