I always get a blurry picture for the first 3 to 5 seconds when I start a new stream, but it cleans up to 1080p.

I get green blocks that show up everywhere. Not just blurry picture.

Starting about a month ago I have the exact same green blocking everywhere on ESPN and other live sports apps on the year old Shield. Seems to start about 5 minutes into the viewing session and continues sporadically after, particularly with live sports events or otherwise "busy" visuals e.g. camera panning or lots of onscreen movement. I have swapped cables, tvs and turned off vpn. Nothing works. Mibox works perfectly under the same circumstances. What could have happened?
