I recently purchased a MI TV 4A Pro assuming that Netflix would work as it has official Android TV & works on MI Box.
However, as it turned out, Netflix isn't there on the Play Store.
This is when I realized that Netflix isn't supported on MI TV. I went ahead and checked for Widevine L1 support and it's definitely there!!
What could be the issue and how do i workaround this issue?
Is MI planning to add support for Prime and Netflix at a later stage?
You can use the Netflix app but not the official one you need to have a wireless mouse to select titles PM if you want the app
Just because any device is running legit Google Certified Android TV does not automatically mean it also gets Netflix approval.
It really is one of the most ridiculous things about the fragmented Android TV ecosystem.

Otherwise I agree with the drunkjedi below, get a FireTV Stick 4K. It has the best wireless remote in the business !
