i just bought this TV and European users can help me as well. your model will be 55DC760. Here is my problem.
The issue is with the Netflix app and i think it is related to the "instant power ON" mode found in the system. When I wake the TV from standby mode, the app launches but when i try to play a video, something weird happens. I hear the sound fine but there is no video. Whats weird is that i see the subtitles and Netflix overlays but the actual video does not appear.
the fix i get is to reboot the tv and then it works fine until i put the TV in stand by mode again and the same issues happen.
Just to give some info i am on oreo and on the '534' version.
Any help??
Yeah, had the same problem with TCL p60 series and some firmware versions like 528. I'm on 543 now and netflix works fine after using instant power. The only solution is to updgrade firmware if there is newer one.
