Has anyone had any luck connecting a wired logitech controller to the mi box? I think I have the Rumble Pad 2. I've connected via USB, but it is not working. And I can't really think of what else to try.

First question I'd have is, are the face buttons Xbox style (ABXY) or are they numbered (1234)? If they're Xbox style, you actually have a Logitech F-Series pad, and you may be able to make it work by switching its mode using the switch on the back side. I have an F310, and it seems to work in both Xinput and DirectInput modes on my Shield, but the MiBox is an entirely different beast, of course.
Probably due to the lack of driver support for particular models. I know people reported some Logitech controllers do work with Mi Box in old threads. You can do a search. A cheap option would be a wired Xbox 360 controller. There should be plenty of those on used market. Xbox One controller also works.
