File transfer to external device over wifi

by batou_adidas

I have a Sony Android TV from 2017 or so and I can't seem to be able to transfer files to USB over wifi. I tried many different file managers, but none of them seems to be able to do it, there's always some error like "no permission" or something depending on file manager. I want to plug in two big USB sticks and just transfer files there straight from my macbook browser.

Anyone had similar problem and found a way around it?

Turn on "Use X-plore USB-Driver" in X-plore. It only supports writing to FAT32.

MiXplorer has a similar USB OTG setting and supports writing to FAT32 & exFAT.
