I'm looking for a relatively cheap Google cerified (which supports Google Cast) Android TV which would ideally be capable of at least 1080p HEVC decoding, prefferably with sufficient I/O for external storage and audio and sufficient RAM for Kodi and maybe oldschool console emulation, that also ships to the EU at a reasonable price.

Any recommendations besides the Xiaomi Mi Box?
