LeEco black/gray screen

So from any LeEco super 65 owners, I need some assistance. I own 2 of the above mentioned tvs, but after set up one of them has an issue where after playing from either HDMI (set top box) netflix, or youtube for a few minutes, the screen goes black with a grey section. Sound goes as well, however you can still return to home, or re-click Netflix... any advice?

I have the x55 and you have my condolences. I eventually upgraded to the Hisense H8F55. It's not as smooth in the UI but the picture is way better.

I have a Super4 X65 and I don't seem to have the same problem. The only thing I can think of is to try to do a reset. If that doesn't work then it may be a hardware issue, which means you're out of luck.
