Find the app in the Play Store via a computer and then you'll be able to see if the app is compatible with your device.

Patience? It's in a slow rollout but should be available soon (TM).

But seriously, the main thing Google is both smart about and bad about is the slow app rollout. On the infrastructure side, it makes complete sense to limit your errors and malfunctions on so much diverse hardware. On the customer side, it's infuriating! Chances are you'll have and use the Link Bar for years, and will long forget waiting for Prime a few days or weeks.

But I'm right there with you that it is enough to make anyone mad.
