Log a support call with JBL. So they can look into it and if its a bug they can address it in their next software update. Dont wait, the quicker the better

My Samsung sound bar wouldn't  turn on with my TV . I ended up fixing  it by turning the sound bar Bluetooth on with its remote. Might help  👍

I have a LinkBar too - I noticed the OS was frozen once after it went to sleep so I enabled a screensaver to turn on after 15 minutes of idle. It hasn't happened since. But you should let JBL know. The linkbar has a huge potential but it's still a brand new product - Im sure they'll appreciate the feedback
