AT&T has their own Android TV powered box which is being beta tested by a number of people. Recently they updated the 'DirecTV Now' app to 'AT&T TV Now' in that Beta box.
Could anyone who have that beta box extract the new app and share it with the community?
It’s not really an “App” on the android tv beta box. The entire core UI has been replaced: launcher, settings, etc. The home screen is the AT&T TV UI with the stream always playing in the background, and then tabs for the guide, recordings, and one with icons to open other apps. I don’t think there is a traditional app that could be extracted and run on other Android TV devices, it’s probably been way too customized.
