I'm at a lose with my TV. No content will play properly.

I have a 2017 Sony 850e. Since last night, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, and Youtube either refuse to play, or play and have 0 audio. I have tested these services on other devices and they all work perfectly fine. I've done extensive troubleshooting such as:

-Rebooted TV

-Factory reset TV

-Rebooted router/modem

-Made sure all apps are up to date

-Replicated issue on wired and wireless

-Checked date/time

-Tried regular casting (fails too)

Nothing seems to help. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did anything update prior to that that you can uninstall?

can you get audio working with anything else?

maybe hit up a Sony forum and see if it's a wider issue
