My NSTV keeps turning on by itself. I have a smart 4k tv, so when it does this the whole thing comes on. How do I prevent it from doing this? I wasn't doing this before.

I have same problem with my TV, maybe its not Nvidia. My TV is Tesla s9001.
It's definitely the shield doing this. It'll turn my tv on randomly along with my receiver if they're off, or if they're already on and I'm playing ps4 or something, it'll change the input to the shield.
You can temporarily stop it by disabling HDMI CEC on the shield or TV
