Have you tried Amazon? They usually carry it, you can even get either the 3 or the S.
Don't subscribe to Disney+. There is plenty of content available from other services. Do you really need to add Disney+? Problem solved.
What device do you use now? If an Amazon device, while support hasn't been listed, it might be added later as well it's likely you'll be able to sideload the AndroidTV apk.
