Hi, is anyone having issues with Philips Android TV and Prime Video. I can cast with no issue, and I can play some video files, but not all. Support tells me that it is not a supported device.

What TV model?
PUT7303.. it wasn’t pre installed, but I was able to download from the google App Store
Actually, it's the app on Philips downloaded from the app store that is causing the problem. The app says content not available, but I can cast with no issue. I am not running a VPN, and both the TV and my phone run on the same wifi network.
Didn't your TV come with Prime preinstalled?
Why is support telling you that?
