Hi i hope someone can help me , i have a Tesla TV Android 49S901SUS in Europe and in the US i gues is skywoth g6 i cant play any video or audio file only whit the default player and not all the files .....is there something i can do to play video files orjust to forget and buy a proper tv.

Is this a new problem after an update or straight out the box?
I have a Sinotec (South Africa) which is modelled as A Skyworth something and I had this issue after the android 8 update.
Cannot read any files from external NTFS hard drives unless I used the built in media player (which was terrible). It also broke bluetooth audio volume controls.
I even contacted support and they were useless (told me it was a motherboard fault). I resorted to playing stuff over the network anyway and about 2 months later there was another update that fixed the audio. I dont know if it sorted the reading of ntfs as I I just view everything from netflix or stream from my pc via kodi
Sounds like a problem with permissions? Apps request permission to access the files, maybe you denied that on the first run.
