  1. How do I get the colours up on my remote? (Remote has: power, voice, up, down, left, right, centre, short menu, back, home, Netflix, Live, volume up and volume down buttons)

  2. How do I reconfigure either the Netflix button or Live TV button to another app?

Netflix paid money for that button. You can't reconfigure it.
