Best practice is to always have at least 2 cast devices in your home, so you will always get the prompt to select the device to cast to, lowering the chance of accidental porn to ~0%.

There's a great scene in the show Love where a character had been sending audio to wireless speaker earlier in the day. He didn't disconnect and later when he went to the bathroom to watch some porn everyone else in the house could hear.

I struggle with this. I live in a small apartment with a friend and I'm always thinking what would happen if I interrupt his YouTube watching with accidentally-casted porn. I would have this concern with Chrome but now I mainly watch in my Android phone with the Firefox Focus browser which, amongst other useful privacy stuff, won't let you cast anything, as far as I know.
