The only program was open is kodi and you tube, as you can see, the gta-epsxe is starting from scratch, anyway, the performance is awesome!

4K TV's have better picture upscaling hardware vs external media players.
Guys, we are here to trade opinions, i didn't upload the video and compare it to other android devices, u can't compare sony android tv with a android tv box, I can compare Sony android tv with LG - Samsung, if you want to buy a TV in this budget I think sony is better cause it have good android hardware, what others tvs don't,

The majority of these apps are already open in memory. Launching and navigation from a cold boot would be a much more useful demonstration of the overall performance.
Navigation is ok.
But.
Good luck trying to stream a good quality bitrate 1080p video to Sony Plex. It struggles and stutters.
I tried it for a day and plugged in the Shield back again.
AF9 is old news already, AG9 is the real deal with the new high performance SoC
You're not allowed to say that a TV has a good Android TV performance as we all know every TV is trash and only the Shield has good performance.
