Prime Video app on Mi Box S Pie update doesn't feel like it was designed for it. Is the app also in beta??

  1. It's slow, loading icon takes a while to spin
  2. Why does the app still have Yellow, Green and Purple screen buttons?
  3. Can't go back after visiting settings, pressing the back on my remote asks me to quit app.
  4. Can't add or customize the app as a channel like Netflix and the others on the home screen. So far you can only add it as a favorite.
  5. Sometimes video plays with no sound when you resume.

It feels like the numerous incompatible apks around, any info.

Please note that even on a Shield TV, the Prime Video experience is really poor. This application is one of the worst I have to use.

You are right And this is really interesting. If you check aptoide there is no version as v4.13.4

They have 4.13.3 and also 4.14.1 but 4.13.4 is not there.

I wonder if we can manually update to 4.14.1

The latest version 4.14.1

I side loaded the app on normal mibox S. Videos all play with no sound. I'm hoping that Pie brings an improvement but so far maybe not

Guys about the facebook beta page. I have send the request how long they take to approve it. Its been months
