Hello, I have this situation where I have an app, it's something like Netflix but our Local where we watch television channels, but the thing is it's also available on mobile devices but something like a cut down version. When I want to watch archive from this app, like news, it restricts me, displaying "archive is only avaible on Android, Apple TV or Android tvs". So my question is, is there a possibility to make an app think it runs on Android TV?

How did you get that wrong version in the first place? What's your device? Is it an official Android TV device (see pinned posts/sidebar)?
You will need to download an Android TV version of that app. See apkmirror.com and search for your app, they are usually submitted with "(Android TV)" in the name.
As an example, see how there's 3 versions of Play Store: https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/google-inc/google-play-store-android-tv/ (standard, Android TV and Android Wear).
That said, this is only when your app supports Android TV natively, but the message you have cited seems to support that claim. Also, someone had to be nice enough and upload it there in the first place.
You can also try searching for your app on web version of Play Store, because there is a drop-down where you can choose a decide to install it on (where compatible). There is no such ability within the Play Store app.
Other ideas can include changing your DPI to force bigger screens layout, but that's almost never the case with Android TV versions since they require a separate APK. This would be useful for tricking the app into tablet mode if nothing else helps.
