Well, I had to do a painful workaround since I don’t own an Android Phone.
You’ll have to go to your Google Account Settings and set a new phone number with a US Phone number, which can be achieved buying a Skype number (I guess $5 bucks) from California, let’s use that as an example.
You’ll get a SMS code confirmation on Skype then you’re good to go.
I’d advice to do that on a secondary account which can be easily added to your Play Store on the app.
i was able to just DL from the playstore from mibox... but maybe my mibox knew i've been considering replacing it & has gotten its act together
Follow these steps and it should work fine. I tried it and it’s working
i was able to find it and get it installed on 2 mi boxes and a Bravia. I had to search Disney Plus. Disney or Disney + did not work.

Disney+ is only available in Canada, USA and the Netherlands for now. If your Internet connection is not in one of these countries (except VPNs), you won't find it on the Play Store.
