So I am looking to buy an NVidia Shield and have been browsing online. I came across this online auction. I presume this is a fake or counterfeit NVidia Shield but I wanted to talk about this with folks and figured this was the right place.

Seller from China. I never buy from China. First of all it takes a month to get to me. Second is it's from China and there's no communication with the seller if something is wrong. Your only option is hope ebay takes care of it or if you paid by paypal, hope paypal refunds you the money which is very hard to do.
OP just buy it and let us know - if it fucks up we can have a wip round.
It looks like someone's ebay account got hijacked and now they are using it to collect money and not ship out anything. So, it isn't counterfeit, you'll just never get anything.
If you look at the sellers feedback, a lot of the things they have sold are "pretty" which is not how I would describe any electronics.
