Need to install APK files on TCL 55 inch

Hi all,

Got a TCL 4K 55 inch TV. It's factory settings are set to the Philippines. I need to install a few APK files but not sure how to do so, can anyone help?

I use an app to transfer apps via WiFi. Then use a file manager to browse through the directories and access to APK files to install them.

Maybe the easiest way would be to install a file manager app in the TV (if it doesn't already come with one) and transfer the APK from a pen drive.

Thanks. I've tried ES file explorer but it doesn't detect the TV. I'll try through pen drive.
