Xiaomi Mi Box S if you are not going to game on it.
Nvidia Shield if you are.
I can recommend the 2 boxes I have.
NVidia Shield TV - Obviously the one everyone will recommend if you have the money budgeted for it.
Mibox S - Some people have complaints but for what i use it for it has served me perfectly.
Be careful with off brand or Chinese clone boxes. Most don't run actual Android TV and don't have legit Google or Netflix certification.
Mi box S International version, you can get on amazon UK delevered to Ireland no postage with Prime , I got mine for 70 euro. I don't game on it, got a ps4. To work it properly you can will need a usb expander, a Bluetooth mouse and a USB memory stick for adoptable storage. It only comes with 5gig on board and one USB slot. It's got Netflix integrated, google assistant and plays videos in 4K. Once you got your apps sideloaded to it and all setup your good to go. It does exactly what I bought it for 9/10
