Does anybody knows if there is development on an android pie port from the new update the mi box s is receiving?

I don't know if at this point we can still expect anything for this device. And the few times it was asked here, the answers have been vague or non-answers. As much as I like updates, I'm glad the Mi Box 3 has Atmos and dtsHD pass-through... and at least for those, i'm not looking forward to an update because we all know how Xiaomi likes to mess up good things. (i.e the Mi Box S missing such feature)
