TCL Android TV model 55p8m / Android Recovery TCL/BeyondTV/BeyondTV

My TCL Android TV model 55p8m has stuck and can't press any key in remote. The screen gives options to - Try Again- Factory data reset, but do not know how to select one of this option and continue without a keyboard or remote connected to the TV.Please help

Have you tried all buttons in your tv(not remote)?

You can try connecting usb keyboard to your tv and try with that.

If nothing works I would recommend contacting TCL support for guidance.

Why don't you try double click or double push the power button? Isn't there any directional button and at the center the power button

You will most likely have to use the volume and power buttons on the actual TV. Power would be select and Volume Up/ Volume Down to move. If that doesn't work, I would get in touch with TCL.

Update : The Support Technician visited, and he told that the issue is in the board, and he took back to TV, he told me that we can expect the fixed TV in 1 or 2 weeks

that Tv has an HDMI labeled as (SERVICE), does anyone know how to use that?
