Mibox S and Sony WH-1000xm3 connection issue

Hi all.

I just bought a Sony WH-1000xm3 and thought it would be a perfect compliment to my Mibox. But turns out, my Mibox can't detect the headphone. It can detect my xiaomi bluetooth speaker just fine.

I been digging a bit and found some people with different headphones with the same issue, and some people with no issue at all.

Any help? Thanks in advance.

I had the same issue with those headphones. I got them to connect a couple times by putting the headphones like an inch from the Mi Box S. But it was nearly useless because it was really quiet at full volume. I tried searching around for an EQ app or something that would crank the volume, but no luck.

I have the exact same issue here, it used to work fine before the Android 9.0 update.
