My TV is stuck at Philips logo at startup and i cannot enter to recovery mode. I googled but there is no article or post about how to enter to recovery mode on this exact model. Im running on latest firmware which is Android 9 Pie. Please help me, thanks.
Forgot to mention; if it is pressing and holding two buttons you unplug the power press and hold the buttons then plug it in. If successful you'll see an Android on the screen. Also, Google hard reset Philips television and similar queries. Hopefully this helps.

This is just a guess but there may be a hard reset button. Sometimes it is hidden in an audio jack or in some inconspicuous place or maybe it is a jumper setting on the main board or there is something such as press and hold two buttons simultaneously. Every system running an Android OS I have ever seen has a hardware reset which is usually one of these methods but it isn't always intuitive because manufacturers do what they want. Wish I could be more helpful but this is all I have.
