Disney+, Disney Now, Netflix (in kids mode), Plex (pointed at a kid's library) are my family's typical choices.
We have YouTube Kids, PBS Kids, Nick apps installed but they don't get any usage.
PBS Kids, YouTube Kids...off the top of my head.
Besides Disney+, think no dedicated cartoon streaming services exist
I don't know exactly, but STAY AWAY FROM YOUTUBE KIDS. There are contents with violence or sexual background that seem ok at first. If you haven't heard of this yet, search for the "ElsaGate"

We use Disney plus, Netflix with a kids profile, a nick Jr androidtv channel from pluto, and PBS kids.
I just make sure that if I ever switch one to an adult profile that I change it back to a kids profile before I'm done watching. But my kids aren't old enough to intentionally want to bypass a kid profile yet. I'll figure that out when the time comes.
