How might I simultaneously stream the same feed to multiple AndroidTV's?

I have a set up where I want to have the same feed playing on multiple screens at the same time. What is the best way to go about doing this? Is it possible wirelessesly?

For instance, if I have a game on and I'm doing laundry, I have a TV upstairs and down stairs and in my office. If I start a stream down stairs and on the other two screens the streams are out of sync. I might miss some action as I move from room to room. What is the best way to remedy this so every device is on pace with the others?

I've done this using RTSP on VLC/Acestream and then VLC on the clients.

Why don't you just carry a tablet around with you and then you can watch it where ever you want..
