Voice command for selecting HDMI input?

by ___teeth

I have a Philip's Android TV on a network with Google Home devices. My Sky Q satellite box is plugged into HDMI 4. What is the voice command to make the TV select the HDMI input? I can turn the TV off/on, open Netflix, play youtube videos... but can't seem to find the right sequence of words to just watch TV.

Edit: So the range of commands that the TV recognises differs completely if there is casting going on. So if I am casting Paw Patrol on Netflix, the TV won't recognise many of the TV centric commands (but will happily accept cast related commands such as pause).

If I tell the TV to exit Netflix first, it goes back to recognising the full range of commands such as selecting HDMI inputs. It's as if the app running completely changes the device's profile. Especially Netflix.

I use a Broadlink RM Pro to do things like this. Once you have it learnt the remote you can make any number of sciences up in the app and then call them using routines up (I use Alexa more for this)

Maybe the tv is too old?

Does the Sky Q satellite box have CEC? else you can't get it to switch the TV to that input, even if there was/is a voice command for it.

"Hey Google, change input to HDMI 4". If the TV is not selected as the default TV for that home device, try "Hey Google, change input to HDMI 4 on [TV name]".
