As far as I can tell my TV doesn't have Bluetooth, it's Mi TV 4A which got upgraded to Android TV. BTController app connects but only the d-pad works on it, and the stadia JavaScript controller works inside phone but idk any way to connect that webpage to the TV.
If anyone knows a method please tell me. (Maybe a web app can be coded to work like this?)

What makes you think it doesn't have Bluetooth? Specs say it does, and isn't the remote for it Bluetooth? A cheap physical Bluetooth controller will be far nicer for Steam Link than a shitty emulator on a phone.

What you're probably actually looking for is something to work as a gamepad for your PC, over WiFi. Steam link / in home streaming / whatever they're calling it now can just be the display and audio.
