So i'm trying to make my own androidTV with a laptop, and it's main OS is Android TV from this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MVipDaOJWnU : Now since this doesn't come with any pre installed apps other then a file explorer, i am trying to sideload apps, like VivaTV, a app i used to use when i had a Mi Box. It gives me a Parse Error and when i went to to turn on Unknown Sources, it still gives me the error, i also enabled USB Debugging from the Developer options. I know i should just buy a Mi box or chrome cast or whatever, but this is all i have right now so i'm just trying to re purpose, Thanks in advance!
Im not sure what the is your using but its not AndroidTV as im pretty sure the source for that isn't available , what you may have is a old modded version of android with a TV launcher and that is going to be more painful than useful
