I've had the mi box for quite a few months now and it has been working perfectly. However recently it appears that the audio is not in sync anymore and comes out delayed.
Originally thought it was just the YouTube app but it appears to be widespread as it's affecting Netflix, HBO, showtime etc. Any suggestions for what might be causing this or how to fix it? I have cleared cache & data but still not working.
mine did that, I unplugged my router, plugged it back, and it's been good since.
Some apps have settings to delay or forward the sound. Chk vlc for example
I have three mi box s boxes and no issues on the latest software. Try a full reset on the mi box. (You have a regular or s? I only have the s model) Took me 10 minutes to do a full reset earlier today since my parents wanted to try out YoutubeTV so am loaning them one of my boxes.
Honestly been super happy with the mi box s. Very little issues just wish it was a bit snappier but not a big deal. YoutubeTV works great on it IMO. Audio can get out of sync here and there but I just pause, go back one click and restart the show with no issues. This is only on YoutubeTV when I pause for a while. (maybe once a month)
Same issues here. We just endure it. But would love to know a fix
