So I have a 32inch Sylvania android tv, on the back of it are what looks like the old school AV ports. Yellow for video , and red/white for sound. Trying to hook up my wii to those ports with the same colors but the tv cant recognize it... help please??
At least state the make and model number of the Sylvania so that others know what you have.
Is the Wii on? Is the TV switched to the correct input? Is the input possibly disabled on the TV?
Otherwise check your manual (or mention your TV's model number so someone else can look up the manual).
Try all possible combinations of mixing ports and connectors. Eg connect yellow cable to white port, red cable to yellow port, and so on.
That one I don't have a solution, may possibly be a hardware limitation.
