Is there an android equivalent to a Mac Mini?

by f3rn4ndrum5

I moved most of my enviroment from apple long ago, I just keep my MacBook Pro and my MacPro as my main working tools.

I realy like the idea of a device I can connect to my TV and have a media center/light work station.

I would like to run stuff like google docs, chrome, and all the features of android Tv.

I currently have a cheap MECOOL box I gor from amazon on sale and it has replaced my vintage WD TV box but not my Apple Tv because netflix does not work on it

Thanks for any input!

Sounds more like a ChromeBox to me, as Android is not really a desktop OS.

Nvidia shield. Powerful for games and easily handle work.

The best Bang for the Buck, HD Netflix capable, Android TV streaming only devices for 2020 are the (faster vs Mi Box) AMLogic S905Y2 chipsets found in the AirTV Mini, Verizion Stream TV and the upcoming TiVo Stream TV.

if you want Chrome, Webbrowsing, Google Docs etc. you should be looking at Chromebook hardware.

Android anything is not a replacement for a Desktop Apple OSX. Trying to replace that for $50 - your dreaming.
