As we know Android TV has no setting like stock Android has were it offers option for default Home screen (launcher).

Simply said, no. Nova Launcher does not have Android TV support, even if you manage to install it. The notification bar is not visible on Android TV. I have a mixed device with Android and some Android TV parts and I was only able to run some launchers.
