T95Q Android Box, No picture on screen via HDMI or AV, Light comes but can't do anything.

I've been playing with this box almost all day trying to work out what is happening, I have tried multiple HDMI cables, multiple power cables, attempted connect to laptop with usb to micro usb lead, no sound or connection, attempted various remote controls.

I am now waiting on a male to male usb cable to try another method, the light pulsates between blue, green and purple.

After holding down the reset button in the AV hole the light appears to stay white when connected back to the power.

Maybe the previous owner soft bricked it but I'm open to suggestions.

If there is anything I can try via USB that would be great.

Thanks again guys for the help but still looking if anybody would like to chime in with any thoughts.

I have got the male to male usb cable, used it to connect the box to the computer, this has worked using usb burner tool, then loading the firmware of choice.

Once this was done, hdmi still would still not work, I tried the stock firmware for the box and secondly the poison firmware.

Neither worked to change the hdmi problem.

I managed to get an image, extremely poor, from the AV connection, having to hold the cable in place whilst trying to navigate through any possible hdmi options which may have been changed before.

Now I'm looking for a new solution.
