Try restarting the router. I know it's an odd suggestion but works for me
It works but if you have a proxy server, ad blocker, DNS changer or VPN like Cloudflare 1111, Blokada disable it.
Chromecast works and it's very fast even on mirroring. Both devices should be on same SSID network name and band (ideally).
Data and cache? This happened to me also, but worked after restart and clearing Chromecast cache.
