Go to settings>apps>see all apps, then scroll through the list of apps you and force stop, and while in the same screen click disable. Go back to previous screen and do the next unwanted app.

I am on a Sony TV running Android 9, so your steps to get to see all apps might be different than mine.

You can uninstall them, take a look at this guide I wrote a wile ago:

Remove them like you would a phone, and other then that just reset it. And anything else idk

I like how no one is bothered by the fact that this is not even Android TV OS.

Factory reset your device.
