I have installed few apk via xplore but I can’t find a way uninstall it but which I downloaded from google store that i can uninstall but not the third party apps. Also can you suggest me good file explorer.

I don't know about the plus. But you can uninstall all apps from settings -storage- apps.
If you aren't able to see the 3 Rd party app you can also install HAL launcher which will show you all apps. And can even help you uninstall, just press the okay button on the icon via Hal launcher and keep it pressed for 2 secs to bring context menu from where you can uninstall it.
If you don't have Hal launcher totally recommend it.
